Information used to run your account
YutoFlow stores your name, email address, password hash, profile details, seller application, and account activity. It also stores offers, order details, private messages, delivery evidence, payment references, payout instructions, support requests, and moderation records.
Who can see it
Public offers, store profiles, and reviews are visible to visitors. Buyers and sellers can see their own order and conversation details. Authorized administrators can access operational information to review payments, resolve disputes, and provide support.
Payments and cookies
Card details are entered on the payment provider’s hosted page, not on YutoFlow. YutoFlow uses an essential session cookie for sign-in, form security, and account functions. Uploaded bank receipts are accessible only to their owner and authorized administrators.
Account information requests
Use Account settings to update your profile. Contact YutoFlow support to request a copy, correction, or removal of account information. Some transaction and dispute records may need to be retained by the operator.
